Cari and Geoffrey are the best!! They patiently waited for the first real snow to add a beautiful backdrop to their Green Lakes State Park engagement session and it really paid off. Stunning pics in the dead of winter? My southern roots certainly made me a skeptic but after this I am a believer in a sunny mid-winter session. I am really excited to photograph their John Joseph Inn and Elizabeth Restaurant wedding in September, I have been wanting to shoot there for years and I am so happy to have these two lovebirds at a stunning wedding venue!

Elizabeth & Andrew are just wrapping up their final year of medical school at Penn. They met early on in their studies but they didn't get serious until Andrew tried out some serious dances moves on Liz at a party. Liz recreated the moment during the engagement shoot...see if you can spot the epic moment! This very sweet couple are under a lot of stress at the moment (they have been interviewing for residency programs) but you would have never known it since the smiles and laughter were so easy to come by. I am looking forward to capturing more dance moves at your Lodge at Welch Allyn wedding in May!

Lauren and Cary live in Uganda and made it back to CNY just 48 hours before their Anyela's Vineyard wedding today!! We got together for a fun engagement session at Green Lakes State Park on the day Cary made it to Syracuse...these two hadn't seen each other for a month and their excitement was electric! I recommend all couples take a few days off from each other before the engagement shoot, the results were fabulous...see you both in a few hours!!

Kalah and Brent were born and raised in the northeast but followed their careers to San Francisco. They are coming home for their mid-October fall and harvest moon inspired wedding. They made it back for a spring engagement session at Green Lakes State Park, these two were just delightful to work with even when we had man-eating mosquitos attacking us (a big thanks to Kalah's mom for rescuing us with the bug spray)!
